Care and dementia supportWe know that caring for someone, and considering and obtaining the support that they need, especially in respect of moving into residential care can be a confusing and distressing experience. We are consequently introducing a new advice and information service in partnership with Counsel and Care, a specialist charity which provides advice and information for older people, their families and carers about care and support issues. This includes older people living in their own homes, with their family, in residential care or in any other care environment. |
